Sound Healing
Have you ever felt calmer when you listen to the sound of the sea or the breeze moving through the trees, or grounded by the earthiness of a drum beat? Sound can help bring a state of mindfulness and a calmness to our daily lives and sound healing combines a selection of healing instruments to help support relaxation which in turn can help relieve stress and bring about a balancing energy for mind, body and spirit.

During a sound healing session, I use instruments such as Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, wind gong and drum. Their vibrations combined with healing intentions allow any stress or tension to gently dissolve away to make way for improved wellbeing and feeling more relaxed, focused, clear and grounded.
Vibrational Essences
A vibrational essence is an energetic and sacred imprint of flower, tree, place, crystal or other natural source captured in preserved in water and co created with nature. Some essences are potentised by the rays of the sun, whilst others may be co created in moonlight, at a special time of year or simply with intention.
Vibrational essences support mind, body and spirit gently return into a state of harmony and balance and to offer gentle support in times of stress, change and trauma. They are particularly useful when we feel fearful, uncertain, lonely, overwhelmed and unable to actively and joyfully participate in life.
During a session we will go through an in-depth consultation to get an overall picture of your well-being, and gain clarity on where you would like support so your own bespoke blend of essences can be created just for you.
Reiki
Reiki is Japanese for Universal Life Energy ‘Rei’ (universal) and ‘Ki’ (energy). It is a natural healing energy that flows to wherever you need it most, bringing balance and harmony to mind, body and spirit. Reiki is deeply relaxing and can promote a feeling of peace and calm and can help reduce stress and anxiety and support deep, restful sleep.
Crystal Healing
Crystal healing uses the energetic power of crystals to help restore and rebalance the chakras, to support wellbeing and connect us to a place of inner peace, calmness and tranquillity. Energy (prana) flows through the chakras and when a body is balanced, energy flows freely which can feel both revitalising and peaceful.
During a session, crystals will be chosen and placed on and around you to support your mind, body and spirit.

Cacao Ceremony
Cacao is a beautiful plant medicine. Filled with loving vibrations she may gently bring a softness to your heart space. Cacao is deeply nourishing and provides us with a space to reflect, set intentions and step forward onto our path.

Everyone's relationship with Cacao may be different, you may be called to stillness, to journal or to gently move or dance. During a Cacao ceremony, we will set intentions, drink Cacao together and I will guide you through a meditation and/or a sound journey.

There ae a few contraindications with Cacao, so please check these on the event details before booking onto a Cacao ceremony with me.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is developed by purposefully paying attention in a non-judgmental way, to what is going on in our body and mind, and in the world around us. It can teach us to take better care of ourselves and to live our lives more fully. Becoming more present and meditating regularly, may lead to seeing things differently, perhaps to feeling less stuck, or to a sense of inner calm.
Give yourself permission to allow this moment to be exactly as it is, and allow yourself to be exactly as you are
– Jon Kabat- Zinn
I lead 8 week mindfulness courses built on the firm foundation of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. On the course we will explore simple meditation practices and you will be encouraged to carry out a variety of mindfulness activities at home between classes to help gain the most benefit from this course. A workbook and access to audio downloads of the mindfulness practices are included in the price.

Forest Bathing
"Shinrin-Yoku" or forest bathing is a simple yet deeply healing practice of immersing in nature to ‘bathe’ in the atmosphere of the forest. Research has shown forest bathing has many benefits including reducing stress levels and elevating mood and energy levels and may help to rebalance the mind, body and spirit.
Shinrin yoku is like a bridge. By opening our senses, it bridges the gap between us and the natural world
– Dr Qing Li

We will meet in the forest for a slow and sensory walk using mindfulness, meditation and all our senses to build a deep connection with nature and be gently guided by the wisdom of the trees. This nature immersion will culminate in time to reflect with a tea ceremony. Join me in the magical world of the woods and allow nature to hold you.
