About the event
A sacred ceremony, ritual and sound journey to connect with the grounding energies of the earth and the vibrations of the Chalice Well Waters. Julia Phillips will lead you through a deeply grounding and earth centred meditation and invite you to set intentions into the waters before being guided on a tranquil sound journey immersed in the healing vibrations of the Tibetan Bowls. Sound is experienced not only through our ears but through every cell in our body to help bring a state of mindfulness, calm and balance for the mind, body and spirit.
We will close the workshop in ceremony, returning the waters through ritual to the land in gratitude and appreciation for our beautiful earth.
