Sacred Earth - Winter Solstice Circle

Join us in sacred space to gather with other like minded souls to share winter folklore and seasonal wisdom interwined with deeply relaxing meditations and a magical soundbath. 

The Winter Solstice marks the rebirth of the sun, as we reach the point of stillness of equal day and equal night. From the Winter Solstice onwards, the days will gradualy lengthen bringing the promise of hope and light into the depths of midwinter. 

Celebrating each season in this way, following the wheel of the year, enables us to foster a deeper connection with nature and I have been honouring these festivals for over 25 years and would love to celebrate this Winter Solstice with you. 

These Sacred Earth  circles offer a safe space for women to gather, to connect and relax and as a trained Wild Woman Project Circle Leader I will draw upon nature, astrology and crystals to inspire , re-wild  and connect us to our beautiful earth.

Lets celebrate the Celtic Wheel of the Year together and the changes of the season! Come gather with me and listen to the whispers of the Earth.

This afternoon will include a guided meditation, intention setting, ritual, learning abut the season and will finish with a soundbath to relax in the sacred sound vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal bowls and Koshi Chimes followed by journaling and self-reflection. There will be time for a hot drink and of course mince pies and a chance to chat, connect and meet other wonderful wild women and an opportunity to share any insights with each other.

Please bring a journal, pen, cushion/blanket and a yoga mat/something to lie down on, we will be experiencing a sound bath so come with whatever you need to get cosy!

**Sound baths are not suitable if you have sound induced epilepsy, suffer from severe mental health conditions or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
