Reiki Infused Sound bath

Join me for a peaceful and nourishing sound bath and guided meditation. Relax in the sacred sound vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal bowls and chimes. I will be bringing sound meditation, vibration and energy healing to nourish your body and soul for self-care and nurturing.

Please arrive at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start to allow yourselves to get comfy ready for the sound bath.  There will be time at the end for reflection and journaling.

Bring a journal & pen, yoga mat,  blanket and water, whatever you need to be comfortable. You may also feel called to bring something to cover your eyes to filter out the light during the sound bath or crystals for the sound journey.
