Full Moon Yoga & Sound

Join us for relaxing evening of yoga and a dreamy sound bath to nourish yourself this full moon 

The evening will begin with a gentle yoga flow practice with Ivan and then lead into a cosy and peaceful sound bath with Jooles. Relax in the sacred sound vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chimes and drum under the full moon.

 This event will be held monthly. No experience required, all levels welcome.

Ivan is a yoga teacher (British Wheel of Yoga) passionate about sharing the practice of yoga in an authentic and accessible way and Jooles is a Sound Healing Practitioner (Sound Healing Academy) who regularly runs sound baths, mindfulness classes and women’s circles.

Spaces are limited and booking is required in advance.

**Sound baths are not suitable if you have sound induced epilepsy, suffer from severe mental health conditions or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.

 **You will need to let your yoga teacher know of any health issues that may affect your ability to take part fully in the yoga class.
