Elemental Sounds

Join me in sacred space for a Friday reset at Whittington Castle.  Each month we will learn about the elements, connect with the seasons and associated chakras  and relax to a blissful sound bath to rest, reset and restore.

In this June session we will be connecting with the element of Fire  which is connected with the warmth of summer and the joy of nature at it's peak.

The session will include guided meditations, journaling and oracle cards and we will deepen our connection with the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water and connect to the seasons associated with each element. We will also explore the chakras that each season and element represents. The morning will finish with a sound bath to relax in the healing vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal bowls and Koshi Chimes.

Tea and Cake will be included in the price from the Castle Kitchen cafe, a perfect  opportunity to chat, connect and meet other like minded women.

Please bring a journal, pen, cushion/blanket and a yoga mat/something to lie down on, we will be experiencing a sound bath so come with whatever you need to get cosy!

Spaces are limited and booking is required in advance.

**Sound baths are not suitable if you have sound induced epilepsy, suffer from severe mental health conditions or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.

**These workshops are for self exploration, self healing, self care and personal growth and are not a qualification.
