Join me in sacred space for a Friday reset at Whittington Castle. Each month we will learn about the elements, connect with the seasons and associated chakras and relax to a blissful sound bath to rest, reset and restore.
In this May session we will be connecting with the element of Air and the season of Spring.
The session will include guided meditations, journaling and oracle cards and we will deepen our connection with the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water and connect to the seasons associated with each element. We will also explore the chakras that each season and element represents. The morning will finish with a sound bath to relax in the healing vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal bowls and Koshi Chimes.
Tea and Cake will be included in the price from the Castle Kitchen cafe, a perfect opportunity to chat, connect and meet other…
