About the event
Join me in sacred space for a Friday reset at Whittington Castle. Each month we will learn about different chakras, connect with beautiful crystals and relax to a blissful sound bath to rest, reset and restore.
The session will include guided meditations, journaling and oracle cards and we will deepen our connection with crystals and develop our understanding of the chakras. The morning will finish with a sound bath to relax in the healing vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal bowls and Koshi Chimes.
In this April session we will be connecting with the 3rd Eye Chakra and the Crown Chakra.
Tea and Cake will be included in the price from the Castle Kitchen cafe, a perfect opportunity to chat, connect and meet other like minded women.
Please bring a journal, pen, cushion/blanket and a yoga mat/something to lie down on, we will be experiencing a sound bath so…
