Blissful September Sound Bath

You are welcome to join me for a Blissful September Sound bath on Zoom - my gift to you this season.  An opportunity to experience a Sound Bath from the comfort of your own home. An evening of relaxation and meditation to drift into a place of stillness and experience the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, koshi chimes and the drum. 30 minutes of deeply relaxing and peaceful sounds inspired by the seasons and by nature.

You may like to have blankets, cushions, a drink of water and a place to be where you won’t be disturbed. You may also wish to have with you a journal and pen.

The sound session will be best experienced either through headphones or an external speaker, so you can adjust your own volume  and you will need to download Zoom before the event.

**Sound baths are not suitable if you have sound induced epilepsy, suffer from severe mental health conditions or are in the first trimester of pregnancy. If you have any questions please let me know **
